Youth/Adults Structured Advanced - For ages
This class is for youth 16 years + and adults with previous experience in gymnasts, working at a higher level.
This class is for Adults 16 and above in gymnastics working at a higher level. These classes take a more structured approach to gymnastics with a smaller group of adult gymnasts with previous experience, working towards their personal goals across a range of apparatus. There are opportunities to compete or simply to come and train!
