This class is for pre-school children who are able to take part independently from their parents
Independent sessions are fully structured classes designed for preschoolers starting school in the upcoming September to develop fundamental movement skills such as balance, coordination and agility alongside the basics of gymnastics. The class includes a short warm up, followed by circuits on 2-3 pieces of apparatus per week.Gymnasts in this session are expected to be able to use the toilet without assistance, follow instructions and be confident enough to attend with their parents/carers to be watching from the viewing room.
