Gymnastics For Girls (Pre-Reception. Starting from Aug 2025)

Our GFA (Gymnastics for All) sessions are for children in Reception - Year 6. The aim is for gymnasts to gain an insight into gymnastics, build up their skill levels and have fun! GFA gymnasts are non-competitive but will have other opportunities to track their progress through our Awards Scheme and optionally perform their skills in the twice-yearly in-house competitions.

Gymnasts will start their sessions with a warm-up and then move around different stations in the gym with their regular coach and group of around 10 members of a similar age. Sessions will include activities and circuits across 4 pieces of apparatus which varying each week, including: Floor, Vault, Trampoline, Fast track, Bars, Rings, Parallel bars and Beam.
