Adult Unstructured - For ages 16+ Years old
This class is for adults with gymnastics experience who want a coach to oversee their gymnastics, and ask for help where needed. Monthly membership: £29 (£28 for Mondays) British Gymnastics membership will be required if you join EGC after your trial and is paid for annually.
This class is for individuals aged 16 and above. These sessions are unstructured, giving adults open space and try lots of equipment and practise their skills. There are coaches on hand to assist with learning skills, moving equipment, setting up stations and to answer questions. There is a great atmosphere in the gym, and we welcome adults of all ages!
